Oculiq ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use our attention analytics platform.

2. Information We Collect

Video Data: You may upload video files for analysis. We process this data to extract attention metrics, gaze patterns, and demographic insights. Uploaded videos are stored temporarily (24 hours default) and then automatically deleted.

Analytics Data: We generate anonymized heatmaps, trajectory data, and aggregated statistics from your videos. No personally identifiable information (PII) is extracted or stored.

Usage Data: We collect basic usage logs (timestamps, session IDs) to improve service performance and reliability.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide attention analytics and generate insights from your video data
• To improve our AI models and platform performance
• To maintain system security and prevent abuse
• To respond to support requests and technical issues

4. Data Retention & Security

Uploaded videos and generated outputs are stored for a limited time (24 hours by default) and then permanently deleted. We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS) for data in transit and secure cloud storage (Firebase/Google Cloud) for temporary file storage.

5. Third-Party Services

We use Firebase (Google Cloud) for authentication, storage, and database services. Please review Firebase's Privacy Policy for details on how Google processes data.
